Time to work off that Thanksgiving diner and start making room for holiday parties.
Here is what I do right before bed.
Do this rotation 3 times every night:
1.) Push-ups
2.) Crunches
3.) AB roll-ups
4.) Plank (30 seconds)
5.) Wall Sits (30 seconds)
If your more active then I would suggest doing a Gossip Girl episode worth on the treadmill walking at an incline of 10 (This is what I do.) Or run a mile or two then walk for the remaining hour.
