An Update

In exactly 6 days I will be walking into school for my first day of Junior year. I'm ready to go back to school but I'm not ready for whats to come. This is going to be one of the hardest years, school wise, that I will go through. I'm taking 2 honors classes, a senior level science, and 2 college prep classes. I need to get A's in all of them. I have PSATs, SATs, and a standardized test given only to my state.

But enough about the stress I'll be under and let us make a plan.

Monday thru Friday I will be posting OOTDs and also will be putting them up on my Tumblr. Saturdays I will create a post of my wanting. It can be on anything I want to. Sundays I will compile all of my favorite quotes or ones that were meaningful to me and post them.

I thank you all and hopefully with me posting everyday started September 6 I will gain some followers on my blog and Tumblr. I leave you with a picture and quote tonight.

How To Make Preppy Binders

How Did I Make These?

• Start off by going onto google images and searching for the backgrounds or patterns you would like. Personally I searched Lilly Pulitzer Desktop Backgrounds. You want to make sure they are large and a good resolution.
• After this you want to open up Power Point.
• Drag and drop the first picture on one slide. Make sure to make it fit the page.
• After this click the shapes button and make an oval or a circle in the middle of the page. (Or square or any other shape you would like)
• After this create text boxes and put one letter per box for your monogram. Go crazy. As for the subject you can just do 1 whole text box.
• Print and pick corresponding binder colors and you're done!

P.S.- It should look like this on the computer.

School Supply Haul!

So recently I got my school supplies and I thought I'd share with you guys. I'm going to be a Junior in high school and these are the supplies I feel like work for me. Comment on this post if you'd like to see how I made the covers, it's actually pretty easy! 

My backpack for this year is a Team Livestrong backpack from NIKE. Not sure if they still have this one but they might have others!

Binders came from Walmart and I made these covers myself. Remember to leave a comment if you want a post on how I made these!

I picked up all these items from Walmart except the agenda. It came from Target for only about 7 bucks! Next year I am totally going to get a Lilly one!
